All new registrations MUST BE APPROVED by an Admin BEFORE you will be able to post. This step is required to help us keep the SPAMMERS out of our system, it will however prevent you from posting until you are approved.
When you complete the registration request you will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Make sure your email address is valid and that your email client is capable of receiving emails from 911cd.net. If you do not activate your account within 3 days your registration request will be purged.
Once we receive your activation request and determine that your intentions are honorable we will activate your account and you will receive another email from 911cd.net informing you that your registration has been completed and that you can now log in. This step could take from a few hours to several DAYS after we receive your activation request. Please do *NOT* email us complaining about not being able to post because you haven't been approved yet.

Note: We do notify the ISPs of registrants who post SPAM, and those whose registration data indicates spam behavior, that the account is being used for spamming which usually results in the ISP cancelling the account. Actions such as using phony email addresses (registrants whose IP addresses are from USA based ISPs using email addresses from .RU domains for example) and multiple registrations from the same IP address over a short period of time, especially those using different names and email addresses, will be considered to be spam based and will be treated as such.
