Bart supplies nu2shell with the pebuilder download to avoid the resource problem. He also supplied peloader in older versions. Its available for download from theTruth's site. Either of these work with standard nu2menu only bartpe cd and have no runtime overhead as they terminate after killing one process and switching desktops.

Theres just no respect left in this forum. I mean Paraglider goes to the trouble of writing a lucid explanation.

CWorks and Oscar go and turn everything into a joke.

Its people like you two who are bringing the tone of this forum down smile.gif smile.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif (he says trying to deflect attention from himself)

You'd never catch me doing anything like that smile.gif

@ lion.12345678910,

Please tone down that most annoying sig of yours and visit the

ReactOS Project

http://www.reactos.org/en/index.html

QUOTE
The ReactOS®  project is dedicated to making Free Software available to everyone by providing a ground-up implementation of a Microsoft Windows® XP compatible operating system. ReactOS aims to achieve complete binary compatibility with both applications and device drivers meant for NT and XP operating systems, by using a similar architecture and providing a complete and equivalent public interface.

Although Free Software advocates agree that free software operating systems improve the state of the art by fostering competition, ReactOS has practical benefit for others, too; ReactOS is the most complete working model of a Windows® like operating system available. Consequently, working programmers will learn a great deal by studying ReactOS source code and even participating in ReactOS development.

ReactOS components are growing more and more compatibile with equivalent, closed source alternatives, but ReactOS doesn't simply stop at an arbitrary line in the sand. ReactOS has and will continue to incorporate new versions of the Win32 API and so will track and sometimes even define the state of the art in operating system technology. Rather than using current technology as a limit on our activities, we are constantly incorporating features from newer versions as well.

In short, ReactOS is aiming to run your applications and use your hardware! Finally, a FOSS operating system for everyone!

Please bear in mind that ReactOS is still in alpha stage and is not recommended for everyday use.

Most alternative OS projects fail because of a lack of driver support.

Most hardware vendors are reluctant to invest in temporal projects.

ReactOS aims to avoid such issues.

Remember, it's not the size of your sig that counts, but how you use it.

Im baaaaaaack!

Ill have you know that i adjusted the font sizes on my sig before christmas as a courtesy to all who are stupid enough to read my posts and if something bad needs to be said about me or my sig, i coldnt think of a nicer person smile.gif

If youre not careful ill change the font sizes back tongue.gif

Oh....and no crack for you.................

p.s. im not needy, im actually a sensitive person and , as one of my former colleagues once said, should be writing childrens books. Sure they might end up scarred for life, but hey society's screwed anyway.....
