Warum geht's???

Neidvoll sehe ich Deinen deutschen Desktop mit Icons!

Das Plugin XPE liefert bei mir immer die hier schon geschilderten Fehlermeldungen beim Starten:

Explorer-Absturz vorm Laden oder so ähnlich
Probleme mit DLL's
XPE-Loader Balken läuft und läuft

Vielleicht kannst Du mir einige Tipps geben, falls Du ähnlich Probleme hattest.

Sorry for the message in German, is this error a German-error?

This is my desktop....this is Aston Shell....

This is an Aston theme called "The Cell" I modified a little.
And I had to design the buttons for the programs (plugins) I use...
It's not finished yet...now I think I'll add some other useful plugin.

After many work my Aston-Desktop is finished!
All works fine (incl. My Computer and Network Neightb.)!

Sunny, I notice on your screenshot that you have LC4 as part of your plugins.

Do you have a working plugin of it for the PE Environment? Or are you using that under the regular Windows environment?

Would love a copy of your plugin if you have it working for PE.

my aston is registered, but i don't know if this is required!

A important registry-key is:
[Default.AddReg]
0x0, "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer"
0x4, "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer", "DesktopProcess", 0x1

I haven't found this lines in any posts in this 4rum, but without this, my computer, direct links to drives etc. will not work!

The Winlogon Resource Patch, and XPE Lite is required, too!

I grabbed it off of here, I just made it transparent and stuck it on the background... If I had the time I would make or get a higher quality image... but I haven't bothered yet...

I created that logo to have a cool WinPE boot screen. Glad everyone likes it! biggrin.gif Just click here for a higher quality image. Let me know if anyone wants me to do more logo work!
