I have the above built-in NIC on a Asus motherboard and have tried the "YUKND Marvell Yukon GigE 7.05 (040615)" driver by copying them over to a folder in drivers folder in the reatogo directory. However I still do not have a network connection.
Any suggestions?

Download from http://www.marvell.com/drivers/driverDispl...o?dId=116&pId=3. Extract and place in a subdirectory of the Drivers\Net subdirectory of the main PEBuilder directory.

Just for a follow-up, I tried the above Marvel driver and I can confirm that while the driver does somewhat work, it never grabs an IP address and instead auto-assigns a 169.x.x.x address (using PENetCFG 2.2.0). I haven't seen any newer drivers, so it looks like this one just doesn't work at the moment. I'll post back if I find anything. Good luck to anyone else trying to work with this chipset,

Works for me. There's also a driver in the UBCD for Win Drivers Package.
You might also try NWDskPE instead of PENetCfg; I've seen the former work where the latter failed.
