Full Version: Corp Mod Boot Nic Driver Problem

I've added the driver cabs for a couple NICs to the drivers\ndis folder. When I burn the CD, they don't show-up in the Manual driver list and won't auto-detect. I'm burning the img over the network via a mapped drive. Also if I change the server drive in the autoexec.net file in cds\corpmb, it still burns the mapping from the first burn. To overcome that I just deleted the whole bcd configuration on my pc and re-installed everything and burned it with the mappings I wanted.
It seems like there is a file somewhere that's remembering my previous/original burn configuration????
Any help would be greatly appreciated. sad.gif

You haev to delete the _msnet.* files in the /etc directory within the seperate images. This will force it to recreate the files and rescan the drivers directory. These files act as a cache and therefore will diplay erroneous info if not removed

I removed the files and everythnig worked great now, although now I get the popup asking where to save the NIC Driver List. I added the line "set P_NONICSAV=1" to the GLOBAL.SET and the Profile and it still prompts..

Basically, all I want it to do is automatically save it to the RAMDRIVE without prompting the user and requesting user input..anyone know the way to do this?

Thank you..
