I followed the instructions for creating the Nero plug-in for BartPE. I'm using PE Builder v. 3.1.3, and Nero Express 6.6.0.18. I copied all of the files from C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero to the plugin\nero burning rom\files folder, as well as the files shfolder.dll and quartz.dll. I even added

shfolder.dll=2
quartz.dll=2

to the [SourceDisksFiles] section of penero.inf. Whenever I try to enable the plug-in within PE Builder, I get the message:

pluginCheck failed:
Missing files: files\*.prf

I did a search for *.prf on my machine and found nothing. Perhaps this will not work with Nero Express? Is there anything else I'm missing?

Its a bug in the inf file. Just comment or delete the line.

Yes, delete or comment that *.prf line and also, add the quartz.dll file to the files folder.

It will work perfectly.
