Corporate mod boot is fantasic. I use it as a multicard ghost disk. My only problem is using ntfs4dos to sometimes save important documents from a pc which is unbootable. Because corp modboot doesn't use msdos 7.0 there isn't support for long filenames so all th filenames gets changed. sad.gif

I've been trying to use that winternels 2002 pe rescue system but it doesn't allow me to specify our workgroupname so i can't backup.

Any help much appreciated.

ah well 180 views and still no solution.

i tried doslfn (a long filename tsr) but it only works on the local machine. not during transfers over a network.

I'm trying to put erd commander 2002 on the cd as a solution to this but it doesn't let me join my workgroup which is what i need. Anyone know how to fix this? i think it's the winbom.ini file

You may wanna try NTFSDOS or NTFSPRO, these are both by the same company and work a treat!
