First, create a folder in the plugin folder; call it, say, wmv. Put the inf file in there and create a "Files" subfolder.

Copy the folder "C:\Program Files\Movie Maker" into the "Files" folder.

The plugin works only with XPE and you must have a working sound driver enabled.
Copy the file "Moviemk.inf" from the inf to the xpe inf dir.
Tell me if it works for you...

EDIT: if the plugin doesn't work, create a folder "Microsoft" in %ramdrive%\documents and settings\default user\local settings\application data.

I don't know how to create that folder automatically...

I am wondering what required components from XPE are needed. I, for some reason, find the XPE shell severely unstable (For example, when I chose to shut down, I got the BSOD) and would like to disable everything that I don't need.
