First, create a folder in the plugin folder; call it, say, wmv. Put the inf file in there and create a "Files" subfolder.
Copy the folder "C:\Program Files\Movie Maker" into the "Files" folder.
The plugin works only with XPE and you must have a working sound driver enabled.
Copy the file "Moviemk.inf" from the inf to the xpe inf dir.
Tell me if it works for you...
EDIT: if the plugin doesn't work, create a folder "Microsoft" in %ramdrive%\documents and settings\default user\local settings\application data.
I don't know how to create that folder automatically...
