Before I start working on this, has anyone done a plugin for this piece of software, PuTTY doesn't work with SSH2 Key.

Thanks in advance.

I 've successfully make securecrt 3.2 working under Winpe, but i didn't create a plugins.
I extracted the license information and location from HKLM\software\van dyke technologies and put in the PE hive software after modifying path.
I extracted also HKCU\software\van dyke technologies and modified config path to ramdrive.
I copied my .ini (global.ini, ssh1.ini, ssh2.ini, color_schemes.ini and default.ini ) from my actual config. I edited ssh2.ini to stock hosts keys to ramdrive. And done the same for default.ini because i needed a custom keyboard profile.
I made an archive of all theese files and added in a .cmd the extraction of theese files to ramdrive at boot.
The only thing i need to find now is the key for default telnet application because each time securecrt verify if it is the default telnet app.
I should find this in the clsid soon. I haven't even tried to find it until now.
I was testing defrag.
I hope this will help you for v4.

Found 2 keys for default telnet: HKLM\software\classes\telnet and HKCU\software\classes\telnet.

Putty is great but don't found how to xfer files by zmodem. I don't konw if it can do it even. Perhaps there's a plugin for this functionnality.

Why in the world would you want to transfer files by zmodem in an ssh2 session? personally I use putty for general use, and then do file transfers with WinSCP. btw. scp = secure copy

Because you don't need another service running on the remote computer.

@Allen2,

So your not running ssh on the remote machine? ok, valid I guess...
I was under the impression that you were running ssh for remote administration and then doing file transfers using zmodem wink.gif

I was confused it seems...

btw, SCP is a sub protocol of SSH and runs within an ssh session....
