Hey,
Ive been adding diffrent bits of software to my PE cd and have found if my ISO is bigger that 200mb it does not boot!!!

Am i doing something wrong or is this a limitation of PE???

Try making the iso with cdimage (i didn't try myself ) or oscdimg (tried and working ).
I heard mkiso can't make bootcd over 200Mb. I got the same pb you have and used oscdimg.

Im using mkisofs and my disk images are around 640 megs. Ive had issues with certain types of CD-RW's though. lots of problems with highspeed 700 meg cd's. Ive switched to 650 16x-24x CDRWs and no problems now burning 600+ megs at 24x

I',ve always used Nero (5.5 and 6), works with everything.

My ISO is 230 Mb and image created OK with Nero 5.5.9.9
