As the title says, is there a way to port CDShell to work on a USB Drive?

I am currently using Grub4DOS to get BartPE to work, but I have other disks from my CD I would like to get working, and I originally used CDShell.

And if not, what would be a good, quick conversion I can use to get my menus moved over to?
