May be, I'm wrong? But AFAIK BCDW supports loading of Linux-Kernel & INITRAMFS. (A lot of other loaders do so too.)
Why not extract these files & good? It's for my opinion always the best way (instead of using the whole ISO) for all linux-stuff on multiboot.

I have WinPE version of Paragon Partition Manager Pro v9.0 integrated into BCDW ver1.41. What I did was: 1) Extract boot info from Paragon CD into PARAGON.BIF file (all capitals) using WinISO; 2) place extracted file into root of CD with BCDW; 3) Extract Paragon ISO into root of CD with BCDW; 3) add into bootcat.ini file the line: \PARAGON.BIF ; Paragon Partition Manager 9.0 Professional
I know BCDW ver2 has bcdw.ini file instead of bootcat.ini - but the rest is pretty much the same. Anyway, it works for me without any problems. Linux version of Paragon might be different in terms of integration. I remember I saw on this forum detailed instructions about launching Linux version of Paragon thru BCDW.
