Just found a tools "Phison v1.96" for reformat the USB as a CD-ROM, will post more when success,

To now, I can format my use stick as a USB CD-ROM and it able boot as a CD to start PE, everything seem normal BUT I got BLUE screen after the Splash screen, any idea for overcome it ?!

That's the "typical" error when for ANY reason a CD filesystem is "sensed" as being a HD one (or viceversa).

Just in case the Phison tool ChinaDragon is referring to is a "specific" "manufacturer tool" that ONLY works on a USB stick with the Phison controller and may well make another chip brand equipped stick NOT WORKING anymore.

Be VERY, VERY cautious when attempting to use these kind of tools.
