I've just bought Mustangs new plugin for the True Image Echo Workstation.

Build works fine, but the application cannot access drives mapped in explorer or command promt.
(Not much idea in having a backup/restore program, if you can't place your data somewhere ;-)

My problem is that Mustang has NO contact info on his sight nor in his documentation.

I hope that somebody here has found a fix for this or that Mustang still comes by?

How could we find a fix to something we will not pay for since many of us helped mustang create these plugins, in this forum, only to see him delete the finished work and charge people money for them?

The only way anyone here is going to help is if the entire plugin is posted for review so we can see where he made mistakes and even then, the fact that he is charging money for these plugins is totally ridiculous.

As you have BOUGHT that software you should contact the software support of the seller.

If the seller has none you bought - as we say in germany - the cat inside the bag...

Post the plugin's text files; inf, xml, htm, cmd, etc and we will look at it. Also note what your PEBuilder's source is and what OS you're running PEBuilder on.

Aheem , I don't think it would be legally/morally sound to publish them, no matter how they were built/assembled by Mustang.
I personally find his behaviour morally wrong and actually a form of stealing from public knowledge, but that should not allow or induce us to get down to his same level.

We can't help fix what we can't see.

I see nothing wrong with having something posted here originally reposted. If something proprietary is added we can delete it.

If you need help from Mustang then post here in the official Acronis support forums http://www.wilderssecurity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=65. That's where he responds to issues.

If True Image Echo Workstation is installed on your system and you did a complete install then in
C:\Programs\Acronis\TrueimageEchoWorkstation is a folder called bartpe
rename bartpe folder to acronis and add to plugin folder
make sure you enable it before you build ,, Have fun,,

PS if you update ATI it does update the bart folder !!! i THINK v8163??

I think he have problems with the VistaPE plugin, not with the BartPE plugin (... here is the WindowsPE subforum ...) ...

Ok now i understand, i use ATI echo in my VistaPE and BartsPE builds
