If you've forgotten your password, or wish to use a former employee's id, the email address associated with the id must be valid, functional and accessible. Lost password requests send a change confirmation email to the address in the id. If the email address is invalid, full, suspended or otherwise out of service, you can not respond to the email and the change will not occur.

The email will have a From address of admin@911cd.net address and a Subject of Your new password.
