The microsoft ramdrive has a limit which users has to trim their xp to less than the limit amount. Is there a work around on this? euhenio mentioned in a post that a work around is possible but didn't specific how to do.. dietmar in another post mentioned abt using nt boot?

NO.
You can try using Gavotte's RRamdisk, or the already mentioned Commercial Disklessangel.
