If you wish to change the email address associated with your id you must do it while the existing address is still valid. Email change requests send a change confirmation email to the address in the id. If the email address is invalid, full, suspended or otherwise out of service, you can not respond to the email and the change will not occur.

The email will have a From address of admin@911cd.net address and a Subject of Email address change.
