Following you instructions, I created the BCD folder, extracted the zip's and copied the winaspi32.dll. I then opened a command prompt, changed to the c:\bcd directory and typed, as you indicated, bcd cdromsi. Every time I tried it, the program initialized, displayed "BCD: Checking for required files:", then immediately displayed, "& was unexpected at this time", and terminated. I recreated the BCD several times, and each time it gave me the same results. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Don't use BCD becouse it's very old project. Instead use PE Builder (from same site) whitch a GUI program. If you mess up with other tools esp you don't know what and how to do don't do it. PEBuilder is easier.
Reading your post it seemz taht your BCD or whatever is broken (one of the batch files or anything). I don't use it.
