When booted to this floppy emulation CD (or even a floppy disk) will allow you to log into ANY Windows profile without a password. I tried it on my laptop and it even logged into my DOMAIN account profile. I was not connected to the LAN at work so I don't know if it actually got me on the domain or not. I tried the floppy image from Grub4DOS but it won't work right, says it finds a "fake BIOS" and reboots back to Grub4DOS or freezes so I need to keep messing with it more. Perhaps drive mappings?
