Hello,

I am totally new here, and English is not my native language, but I promise to do my best...

I made a bootable USB-stick with BartPE, and it works like a charm on a laptop (notebook?) 'Acer Aspire 5670'. With the program "A43 File Management Utility" I see:

RAMDisk (B:) <-- from BartPE
SYSTEM (C:) <-- which is the HDD, partition C:
USBBOOT (D:) <-- which is the USB-stick
Data (E:) <-- which is the HDD, partition D: when booted from HDD
Cd-rom-station (F:) <-- which is the Dvd-ram-station E: when booted from HDD
BartPE (X:) <-- from BartPE

I can see - and work with - the whole laptop. Everything is OK thumbsup.gif .

BUT when I use the same USB-stick on a mini laptop (netbook?) 'Asus eee PC 1005HA', I see with the "A43 File Management Utility":

RAMDisk (B:) <-- from BartPE
USBBOOT (C:) <-- which is the USB-stick
BartPE (X:) <-- from BartPE

That's all! I don't see the HDD, so I cannot do anything with the data on the computer mellow.gif !

I made the bootable USB-stick with a Ghost plugin. It works perfect on the 'Acer Aspire 5670', but actually I want to use it on the 'Asus eee PC 1005HA'. Because the 'Asus eee PC 1005HA' has no cd-drive, I have to use a USB-stick.
I used the latest version of PE Builder v3.1.10a.
Can anyone explain me how I can make also the HDD of the 'Asus eee PC 1005HA' visible and accessible with BartPE on a bootable USB-stick?
Thanks sweatingbullets.gif .

Default XP files dosn't support mass storage controller for a 'Asus eee PC 1005HA'.
Neither does BartPE.

Add mass storage drivers to BartPE.

Hi cdob,

It works clap.gif !

I installed the plugin with the SATA drivers - the 'BTS Driverpacks' - in BartPE.
Now I can see the HDD with the program "A43 File Management Utility".
A 'Ghost' is now running successfully on my 'Asus eee PC 1005HA'.

Thank you very much thumbup.gif !
