Sorry if this has come up before, but I've searched this site and Google and found nothing.

On booting UBCD4Win, I get the Joshua Preshell dialogue box, so I try clicking the Expert Settings box, but I can't. Moving the mouse pointer anywhere in the Preshell dialogue box just gives an hourglass and it's impossible to click anything. Eventually the Preshell box disappears and UBCD4Win completes its bootup without further problems.

Machine is utterly conventional apart from having the C: drive being a SCSI HDD. CPU is a Socket 939 Athlon 64 on an nForce4 board with 1GB or RAM. Graphics card is a 512MB GT220 PCI-E 16X generic. Linux and XP both run flawlessly, and the PC passes all hard disk, graphics and memory diagnostics.

Please help - this is driving me nuts and I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've customised the build somewhat, and have used the BTS driverpack, as discussed elsewhere on this forum.
