I need to create PartPE to fix neighbors Win XP laptop. The only computer I have to create the CD and burn it is a Linux computer, so naturally, I can not run the pebuilder311a.exe on it. I have XP on an old laptop, but it does not have a burner. I have 98SE on a HDD that I can switch out with the Linux HDD to run my computer that has the burner. Will I be able to run pebuilder311a.exe on it and make the CD?

I suggest running PEBuilder on the XP laptop, copying the ISO it creates to a USB stick, plug it into the Linux system and use the Linux system to burn the ISO to a CD.
