I cannot make head or tail of your post, you seem like mixing different ideas/approaches/whatever.

Go here:
http://www.msfn.org/board/forum/157-instal...ndows-from-usb/

Several different methods to achieve what you want, choose ONE of the methods there and try it.

ok!

I have that:
MyCD.iso good worked with content:
/BCDW (bootable cd wizard)
/i386 (nLite assembly of winxp)
/WIN51IP.SP3 (markers etc...)
/WIN51IP
/WIN51

Now i make usb2scsi (AlcorMP) Flash disk the same as CDROM.
All utilites is works!... Asus BIOS look it as the CDROM drive
But WinXp installation not works... Stopped at BlueTextModScreen: "Windows is Starting..."

I start to understand, you are using the U3-like capabilities (CD device emulation) of the particular controller on your stick, something similar (but not the same as) to:
http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=121502

Even "your" method has been reported to be working, though not specifically with AlcorMP controller:
http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=125138

It is possible that BCDW is not compatible with the simulated CD on the stick. unsure.gif

If I were you I would try a "plain" CD with a "simple" "Microsoft Corporation.img" or "Arnes Boot Record", or simply forget the AlcorMP tool and use a "plain" "Install XP from USB" approach.

It is also possible that the AlcorMP tool need some settings that are not very easy to find, these kind of tools are intended for professional engineers and are usually NOT user friendly. hmm.gif

nLite assemly of winxp is good working!!! smile.gif
I don't know what is problem here, but maybe possible it's this:

nlite.ini
[Components]
;# Applications #
...
;# Drivers #
...
; SCSI/RAID <<<

Now it's work! I have boot the AlcorMP usb2scsi formatted
Transcend <TS2GJFV15> JetFlash V15 USB2.0 Flash Drive 2Gb (RTL)
with BCDWizard + dos utilites + nLite_WinXP
All is good!
