I have neen trying for days to get a bootable dvd working with multiple iso's with a custom menu on it for my Security Director here at work

Knoppix
Ubuntu
some AV utilities
konboot
backtrak

ETC

i have tried using magic ISO and a few others, when i get done it says the DVD is bootable but when i try it , it just errors out when i select what i want. This has been a long 10-12 hours of messing around and searching the net but with no luck. ANyone out there done this or can anyone point me in the right direction.
