I make a win pe 3.0 image using make pe 3
I added some programs and put a shortcut on the desktop
pointing to the program.
The problem is upon reloading the image the shortcuts
are gone from the desktop and are not saved.
Does anyone know how to stop this?
I know the boot.wim file can be mounted and go to
users\desktop and add them there.
But I thought there might be an easier way of doing this.

After booting with PE you can copy the created Desktop shortcuts to
Make_PE3\PE3_mod\PE3_add\x86\Users\Default\Desktop
In your next build your shortcuts will appear on the Desktop of your PE
Make_PE3\PE3_mod\PE3_add\x86\Users\Default\Desktop
In your next build your shortcuts will appear on the Desktop of your PE
