Then I Format USB With HP FOrmat Tool in XP in Virtual Box And I copy 3 Files Ntdetect ntldr and boot ini.
I'll try again.
DO NOT use the HP format tool, there are BETTER, updated utilities.
Use RMPREPUSB INSTEAD.
The general idea, when you come to a place and ask for help/advice is to actually
follow the given advice.
Leave alone the idea of XP on the stick (temporarily

).
Make sure your BOOT.ini has at least two entries and a decent timeout, say 10 seconds.
After having partitioned and formatted the USB stick and copied to it NTLDR/NTDETECT.COM/BOOT.INI, try boting from the USB stick.
Can you get to the BOOT.INI choices?
If yes, go on, if NO, report what happens.

You
CANNOT install directly XP through it's CD to a USB stick.
