This may be the most basic of questions and Im no fool to computers but zero knowledge of XPE only standard XP. I have a machine that is running XPE and I need to replace the COM port on it, I got a PCI expansion card that works fine in XP but XPE refuses to use its drivers off the CD.

HOW do I get the driver into the XPE version machine with what I have on the original XP drivers install CD that does not involve some sort of rebuild of XPE....All I want is the new COM port to show up.

Either need tuturial on how to do, or a kind member who if i emailed the relevant files too, there only small could sort it for me and send back a package that XPE would like.

Thx in advance.

and plan on rebuilding XPE. That's how it works.
