Have been searching all over the NET and found only PGP desktop CLI plugin.
One which eventually I got it to work (well plugin runs from bartpe with an error massages) i will expand about it if someone could say that non PGP GUI exist or done by someone??

Any particular reason for needing actual PGP in GUI mode in a PE? (I mean any particular reason for using PGP encryption and not one of the other available similar apps?)

Recovery option is good enough. Only to be able to mount disks under bartpe decrypt, recover data that all.
CLI and GUI together are the best.
The thing is that i cannot get the CLI version to fully work (please see Picture)
If you would like i can expand more about it but i think the picture says it all.
