friends i have a system that has a riva tnt 2 m64.. sound blaster live!.. and asus cusl2-c..a bt878 tv tuner (sux!).. a dlink dfe538 network card
i want that whenever i install win 2000 or win XP .. i may not have to install the drivers over and over again.. though windows xp/2k
i tried adding all those drivers in the driver.cab file.. but no it did not work
then later i discovered that there are references to the files in driver.cab in text files (.ini or .inf or .sif) in the i386 folder..
so i guess putting that in the driver.cab folder is useless

ok
can all of this happen in 98 also.. while installation.. 98 doesnt even detect my graphix card
