PEBuilder.iso 180.946 byte does not start from CD in PC with ASUS P/I-P55T2P4 board, Award-Bisos Vers. 0207, but an iso with 169.912 byte is ok.
What Can one do?

Where does it stop? Did you verify the same plug-ins are enables between the two PE Builds?
Try starting over on the 180.946 version with no additional plug-ins enabled (use only hte plug-ins that came with and are enabled by default in Bart's PE Builder). If that works, then one of your plug-ins are broken or ned to be looked at. Then add one plug-in at a time to the build and test it. When it breaks, you found the bad plug-in.
Thank for the answer.
The CD starts not at all, bios-info, CD ti start: Failt
I can Plugins leave out, then it is yes ok.
But I wants all of the Plugins to activate.

actually the booting from a cdrom shouldn't be affected by the size of the cd. if the cdrom drive can read it then it also should be able to boot it (in case the cd has a valid boot loader).
how do you build the iso / burn the cd?

Maybe its a hardware problem with your CD-ROM drive. If you run XP normally on the PC can it read the PE cd-rom. Have you tried running the Nero drive test utility or any other utility you may have that can test cd-roms.
@joker, @paraglider
Nero-Test say:
HP CD-W+ 8200
Firmware 1.0F
Read 24x
Write 4x
Read Features
CD-R
CD-RW
Video-CD
CD-Text
Modes TA0, DA0, SA0, RAW SA0, RAW DA0, RAW SA0 96, RAW DA0 96
I have write the CD on a other PC, but I have also write the ISO with CloneCD on this PC. Write an Read with W2k is ok.
I have W2k SP4 on the PC that not work. But it is an old PC, the BIOS-Vers. ist the last from 1997.

you write you have two pcs. on which one are you trying to boot when the larger iso fails? on which pc does the smaller iso work?
do you build the .iso file directly with pe builder?
I build de PE-Iso with PE-Builder an PC 1.
It's work on PC 1.
It dn't work on PC 2.
Wen I make a ISO with less Plugins it works on PC 1 and PC 2.
I copy the greate ISO make an PC 1 to PC 2 and write it to CD,
this function and it's work on PC 1 but not an PC 2.

RX8, your problem could well be the BIOS.
reanimatolog, author of several boot CD utilities, claims that some Award BIOS'es need some files in the boot CD to be in the first 128 MB. See
Bcdw Plugin Fails, when ISO is too big, on some computers.

Thanks for the Infos, yes I have on the secund PC the "Award Modular Bios v4.51PG".
