Is there a way to change the ramdisk size without loosing its contents while it is running?

I am currently using a ramsize.cmd which uses devcon. It gives me nine choices to choose from for the ramsize. The only problem is that everytimg you do this it erases the ramdrives contents. Is it possible to change the ramdisk's size without erasing it?

PS. I am using shell swapper which mainly I use to call XPE or nu2menu. I do not want to use autoramsizer because I dont think a ratio is approprate for determining the ramdrive size, only the user knows how big they will need the ramdrive to be.
