Are there any Win32 GUI's out there for BootScriptor? I mean im not much of a Script Writer. And after reading how to create a BootScriptor it looks like it will take some time and a lot of testing.

No, there is not.
You either can use the BootScriptor tutorial ( http://www.911cd.net/bscript/ ), it walks you through the script creation process.
Or if you want to use the new CDshell , the latest build contains some sample scripts that you can easily use as it is (just change the menu options and commands in a simple text file and its ready to be used).
