dry.gif Hi,

Thanks for this forum...

I'm using the Corporate Modboot method and have sucessfully created several Modboot images for my boot menu.

I would like to amend some of them to support LFN's. I am able to load "doslfn.com" manually after booting into my selected OS, but I would like it loaded for me during bootup. So far I've had no luck.

I've noticed that the 911cdnet.img loads it fine. (How/Where ???)

Thanks for any help.
Doctor xp
The 911cdnet.img uses devload.cab to load the DOSLFN executabl (which the real executable is located in eprompt.cab), but unfortunetly putting eprompt.cab in LEVEL1 or 2 won't load DOSLFN, it will instead load NANSI.SYS (which is also included in the eprompt.cab) and load the colored prompt in 911cdnet.img, if you want I can make you a small module and send it to your email.

smile.gif Thanks for the reply,

I would be grateful if you would email the module.

I have been able to load doslfn.com by using devload and a simple batch command. The problem now is that devload expands to the root of the ramdisk (q:\). This is not a big deal but I think it should expand into q:\bin?

I can't quite get the hang of it, but at least it's working.

Would be nice to make it right though.

If you would email to debug@myexcel.com it would work better.

Thanks for your help...

I've sent the file to your email.

Put it in Level1 or Level2 and it will automatically execute.

Thanks Doctor XP for your help.

The doslfn.cab loads into the q:\bin directory, now as it should and it works very well.
